Yoga on the Dock, from the comfort of your own home!
In this all levels hatha flow you'll move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. All levels are welcome.
This summer series is weather dependant. In the event of rain or cold weather a cancellation email will be sent out 60 mins prior to the start time of class.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations will be honoured 4 hours prior to the start of afternoon and evenings classes and 12 hours prior to the start of morning classes. Late cancellations and no-shows will be forfeit their pass.
To cancel: reply to the original registration confirmation email with the text: "Please CANCEL my below registration" in the body of the email.
